I’m April, the proud owner of bloom Studios, where beauty, education, and community come together. I’ve been doing hair for over 24 years, and I can honestly say, I still love my job every single day. My biggest passion is helping others succeed. At bloom, I run a hands on apprenticeship program where I get to watch new stylists grow into confident professionals.

I also founded Golden Hour Hair Co. My own extension company, built from years of experience and a love for creating transformations.

Outside of the salon, I’m all about family. My husband, Brickmann, is my ride-or-die and the backbone that keeps bloom thriving. Together, we have a big, blended family of eight kids and four dogs, which makes life loud, busy, and absolutely amazing.

I feel beyond blessed to be surrounded by such incredible talent at bloom Studios. We truly are a salon family!!!
